From job post to ready‑to‑submit.

ApplyMog reads the role, prepares your application materials, and completes every field it can prove from your own information. Anything it cannot prove comes back to you instead of being guessed. You press Submit.

Not a mass-apply bot. ApplyMog never presses Submit on an employer’s form.

ApplyMog stopped before Submit. You press it.

An illustration of ApplyMog working through a fictional application for an Embedded Systems Intern role at Acme Robotics: the role is read, documents prepared, the plan approved, 23 of 26 fields completed, two questions handed back to the applicant, and nothing submitted.

Most tools fail at the first question they cannot answer.

AutofillGuesses, then moves on
A plausible-looking answer in an employer’s form is worse than an empty one. ApplyMog leaves what it cannot prove, and tells you which question it left.
AgentsAct first, explain later
ApplyMog shows you the whole application plan — every answer, every document, every open question — before it touches the form.
Mass applyVolume over accuracy
ApplyMog is built for applications you actually want: prepared properly, completed carefully, and reviewed by you before anything is sent.

How it works

Four steps, and you see all of them.

ApplyMog is not a black box that reports back afterwards. Each stage produces something you can read before the next one starts.

01

Prepare

ApplyMog reads the posting and works out what the role actually asks for, then prepares a resume and, where the employer wants one, a cover letter — written only from what your own history supports.

Every claim traced back to your profile and resume.

02

Preview

Before anything is typed into a form, you see the whole plan: the documents it will attach, the answer it intends to give each question, and the questions it has no answer for.

Nothing happens until you approve it.

03

Apply

ApplyMog works through the application in your own browser — ordinary fields, multi-step forms, dropdowns and uploads — and reads each field back to confirm the answer actually landed.

Answers you typed yourself are left exactly as they are.

04

Review

Unusual questions, anything personal, and anything it is not certain about come back to you in one place. The application is finished and waiting; the last press is yours.

ApplyMog never submits on your behalf.

Product

What ApplyMog actually does.

One application at a time, done properly — from reading the posting to handing you a finished form.

Application Preview

The complete plan for one application in one place — documents, every intended answer, and everything still open — frozen so what you approve is what runs.

Resume & cover letter preparation

Materials prepared per role from your approved resume, with each proposed change checked against your own history before it is written in.

Form understanding

ApplyMog works out what a question is really asking — the narrow question before the broad one — across hundreds of question types and the major application systems.

Multipage applications

Long applications are worked through page by page, with each step verified before the next, instead of stalling halfway.

Human handoff

Anything unknown, unusual or personal is collected as a short list of questions for you, each with the form it came from.

Application queue

Line up the applications you have prepared and let ApplyMog work through them, stopping on anything that needs you rather than guessing past it.

Recovery & verification

Every step is recorded as it happens, so an interrupted application resumes from what actually occurred — and never repeats a step twice.

ApplyMog is a desktop application and a browser extension that work together on your own machine, on Windows and macOS.

Safety

Automation without making things up.

The hard part of filling in an application is not typing. It is knowing which questions you are not allowed to answer for someone. ApplyMog is built around that line.

Answers come from your own information
Facts about you are taken from your profile and your approved resume — not inferred, not rounded off, not filled in from something that looked close.
An unknown answer stays unknown
A wrong value on a real employer’s form is the worst outcome there is. ApplyMog would rather leave a question for you than answer it without evidence.
What you typed yourself is left alone
If you have already answered something on the page, ApplyMog keeps your answer and says so. It does not overwrite your judgment with a stored default.
Personal and sensitive questions are yours
Voluntary self-identification, signatures, attestations, logins and identity checks are never answered for you, and are never stored as an answer to reuse.
Uncertain steps stop
When ApplyMog cannot confirm that a step worked, it stops and tells you — rather than trying again and risking a duplicate.
The last press is yours
ApplyMog does not press Submit, Apply, or Continue-to-submit on an employer’s form. It prepares the application and hands it back finished.

Answer once and the rest of the application stays as it was. Your answer is scoped to this employer unless you widen it.

About

Currently in private development.

ApplyMog is an independent, early-stage software project. It is a working product under active development, used daily on real applications by the person building it — not a waiting list in front of an idea.

It is not publicly available yet. Early access will open once the product holds up across enough application systems to be worth other people’s time, and the work towards that is measured application by application rather than announced.

If you are a job seeker who wants in early, or you work on something adjacent and want to compare notes, write in. Every message is read.
